RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

If for some reasons you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement, without indicating the reasons, within 14 (fourteen) days. 

The withdrawal period expires after 14 (fourteen) days from the day:

a) in which you or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the product, in case of sale of one single article;

b) in case you or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the last article, in case of agreement relative to multiple products ordered by the consumer in a single order, and delivered separately;

c) in case you or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the last batch or article, in case of agreement relative to the delivery of a product consisting of batches or multiple parts.  

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us about your intention to withdraw from this agreement, through explicit declaration, that must be sent via email, at the following addresses:  e-mail cs@starlingsgifts.co.uk. We will promptly send you a confirmation by email, stating that we have received your intention to withdraw.

In order to comply with the withdrawal term, just send the notice relative to your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal before the aforesaid period expires.

 

Returns

Goods can only be returned by arrangement.  You may return items within 14 days for a full refund minus any shipping costs. We do not pay return shipping costs and it is your responsibility to ensure goods are returned safely to us. If you wish to return an item, please contact us and provide a reason within 14 days after you receive your order. Faulty items must be reported to us immediately. The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account.. You will be refunded on to the card/paypal account that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, postcode and new card details.

We will ship orders to the address provided by the customer on the date stated. We will provide the customer with the tracking number on request. Our obligation finishes there. Any items not delivered are subject to a £15.00 return fee. This is charged by the courier company and not by us and will be passed on to the customer.

We will not accept any items that have been decorated or altered under any circumstances You can email our Customer Services team between 10am and 5pm (Monday to Friday) - cs@starlingsgifts.co.uk 

 

If you decide to withdraw from this agreement, we will refund you all the payments that you have made in our favour for the value of the item(s) purchased,  excluding the delivery costs, without any undue delay and in any case, no longer than 14 (fourteen) days from the day we were informed about your decision to withdraw from this agreement.  Said refunds will be made by using the same payment method that you chose for the initial transaction, except in case you explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any cost, as consequence of said refund. 

Please return the goods or submit them to Starlings Gifts Ltd, 13 Sackville Road, Bexhill-on-sea, TN39 3JD, without undue delays and in any case, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day you notified us of your intention to withdraw from this agreement via your returns form. The term is respected if you return the goods prior to the expiry of the 14 (fourteen)-day term.

The direct costs incurred to return the goods will be paid by you.

You will be liable only for the decrease of value of the goods, resulting from handling the products in a way other than the methods required to determine the nature, characteristics and working conditions of the products.
