Welcome to our Starlings Gifts Ltd website terms and conditions. Starlings Gifts Ltd is a registered trading company whose registered office is 13 Sackville Road, Bexhill-on-sea, TN39 3JD. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Statement regarding personal information provided by you. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit and debit cards via our checkout partners with Square, Inc. or payment via your PayPal account. Transactions are charged at the time the goods are ordered, when you click on the confirm and pay option. If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods, the value of the items that are not despatched will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Product Information
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as all our products are handmade by local artists and designers we can never guarantee that all products will be exactly as shown. Also as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
Goods are also subject to availability as most of our products are made to order. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
Goods can only be returned by arrangement. Please click here to view our returns policy in full. You may return items within 14 days for a full refund minus any shipping costs. We do not pay return shipping costs and it is your responsibility to ensure goods are returned safely to us. If you wish to return an item, please contact us and provide a reason within 14 days after you receive your order. Faulty items must be reported to us immediately. The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account.. You will be refunded on to the card/paypal account that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, postcode and new card details.
We will ship orders to the address provided by the customer on the date stated. We will provide the customer with the tracking number on request. Our obligation finishes there. Any items not delivered are subject to a £15.00 return fee. This is charged by the courier company and not by us and will be passed on to the customer.

Statutory Rights
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
Purchase Of Products
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgment. Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following: The product ordered being unavailable from stock; Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment; The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
We make every effort to dispatch your goods on the date agreed. All of our items are dispatched with a tracking number. It is our policy to inform you of this tracking number but it is the customer's responsibility and the courier's company responsibility to check that items arrive as specified within the courier's tracking system. We cannot be held responsible for goods being delayed, or any subsequent losses incurred once they have left our premises.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed Starlings Gifts Ltd. Any use of the site or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Starlings Gifts Ltd. We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, and save as otherwise specified by us, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. These exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and it is agreed that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. If any terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provision.
